Course Information

Hello École Manachaban families:

It's such a pleasure to be a part of this community and to take part in your students' learning. This year, I will be wearing many hats in the school community teaching Music 5, Music 6, Band 6, Band 7, Band 8, ELA 5/6, ELA 7, Photography 8, Drama 8, and Learning Strategies 8.

For each of my classes, I have created a Google Classroom for students to access course content when they are away or for when they require refreshers and access to past assignments. The Google Classroom is also intended to provide information to parents with regards to assignments, important dates, forms, etc. Course outlines can also be found on Google Classroom.

Codes will be shared in class and invites to guardians will be sent out as well. Otherwise, codes can be made available upon request at jalong@rockyview.ab.ca

My greatest wish is to see your child flourish this year and support them through their academic and social/ emotional growth and learning. Please feel free to contact me should you have any questions, comments, or concerns.
