Parent Guide: How to View Report Cards & Assessment Information
This document shows parents how to access the report card for viewing/printing purposes.
It lives on this page on the RVS website under the "Parent Guides" folder:
Page 1 is how to view/print the report card.
Subsequent pages are how to view individual assessments (pp.2-3) & overall outcome progress (pp.3-4). This information also exists in the current "Navigating Public Portal x" parent guides, but it is a good reminder for parents.
Archiving Report Cards: Elementary/Middle School Report Cards will be archived on June 26th. After they are archived, they will be visible for parents in the public portal. Like previous years, they are digital, not printed. If your student will be transferring out of our school, please be sure to download the report card prior to July 10th, as your student will be transferred out on that date & their report card will no longer be available through our system.
